In 2007, a first International Expert Meeting on HIV Prevention for MSM, WSW and Transgenders was organised in Amsterdam, at which more than sixty experts from around the world discussed the needs, priorities and strategies for strengthening prevention activities for those key populations.

2nd International Expert MeetingThis year, Schorer (the Dutch Institute for Homosexuality, Health and Well-being) &Hivos (the Humanist Institute for Development Cooperation) have decided to organise a 2nd International Expert Meeting on this subject with the aim of bringing together different stakeholder groups such as policymakers, development practitioners, scientists and other professionals to exchange knowledge and experiences, generate recommendations and identify opportunities for cooperation.

The 2nd International Expert Meeting on HIV Prevention for MSM, WSW and Transgenders will take place in Amsterdam on the 5th and 6th of November, 2009.
